Here at SBPI we are always looking to hire professional and motivated contractors to join our happy team. We offer flexible working hours and provide the training required to complete high quality, comprehensive inventory reports our industry demands.

Qualities required -

Inventory work experience

Whilst it is not a requirement, due to our comprehensive training programme, industry experience will help shorten the training period and get you out there and earning sooner rather than later.

Reliability and flexibility

The ability to work independently and responsibly is of utmost importance and highly valued here at SBPI. Excellent communication and organisation skills are also very important as our work often has us working under pressure and according to strict deadlines, operating in constantly changing environments.

We also offer our services from 7am to 7pm and that will require some flexibility in your schedule. However, working hours can be customised to meet your needs and an availability schedule can be set up to maximise how many inspections you conduct each week.

Travel

As we work the entire greater London area, you will be required to travel from one inspection to another every day, often extensively, depending on the schedule.

English literacy

Our reports are highly detailed and use specific vocabulary, so it is important to have a strong grasp of English language and for you to be able to describe items and areas very well.

You will also need –

- Your own laptop with Microsoft Office 2016 or later version
- Computer literate and thorough understanding of MS Word
- Digital camera with at least 8.0 mega pixels or more
- Reliable and constant internet connection.
